We believe a room should feel gathered, not thrown together. We listen first — date, colors, indoor or outdoor — then pull the pieces that give guests a focal point.

Planning, day-of coordination, available for birthdays, showers, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, and other milestone celebrations. and décor rentals. Weddings are packaged. Birthdays, showers, and parties can be planned by the hour or rented by the piece.

Small Event Planning

$60 - per hour

A planning session for showers, birthdays, dinners, and celebrations up to 150 guests. We map the room, the color story, and a pull list so the event has a plan before anyone starts decorating. Packages available.

Wedding month-of planning plus day-of coordination is $2,700. A venue shortlist, if you still need one, is $350.

Travel for outside of Phoenix and the west valley is priced separate.

Day of Coordination

Parties from $350. Weddings are quoted. Mini day-of is $350. Standard day-of for showers and birthdays is $650. A 150-guest wedding day is $1,900.

Price per Piece

Linens, chairs, arches, drapes, dessert stands, and extras from our inventory. Rent only what you need. We quote a pull list after we know the date, the room, and the colors.
