Return Policy

Event planning & day-of coordination

Events By Andi LLC. A 40 percent deposit is due to reserve the date. The balance is non-refundable once paid. A cancellation 14 or more days before the event may be refunded only for amounts paid beyond the deposit, minus work already completed. A cancellation inside 14 days is not refundable, and the full fee is due. A date change depends on the calendar and is treated as a new booking.

Décor rentals

14+ days before pickup or delivery: refund minus a $25 booking fee.

7–13 days before: 50% of the rental total is kept.

Fewer than 7 days, no-show, or unused reservation: no refund.

A security deposit may be required. It is returned after items are inspected. Damage, stains, burns, missing pieces, or late returns may be deducted. Late returns are billed at 50% of the item rate per day or $25/day, whichever is greater. Replacement is billed at replacement cost, not the rental price.

Delivery fees are not refunded once a delivery date is set. If no one is present at delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

Weather, venue changes, and outdoor conditions do not automatically create a refund.

To request a change or refund, email azeventsbyandi@gmail.com with your name, event date, and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 7–10 business days.

These terms apply when you book event planning, day-of coordination, or décor rentals from Events By Andi.

You confirm you are 18 or older and authorized to make the booking. All inventory and dates remain ours until returned and inspected.

Rental items are for the reserved date only unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for items from pickup or delivery until they are checked back in. Do not wash, bleach, iron, alter, or leave items outdoors in weather that can damage them.

Fragile, high-value, and incomplete returns may be charged at replacement cost. We may require a deposit. Unpaid balances, late fees, or damage charges may be collected after the event.

Planning services include the hours and scope listed on your invoice only. Extra trips, last-minute replacements, added décor, or extra coordination time are billed separately.

We may cancel or reschedule for illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In that case, planning fees paid will be refunded or applied to a new date if available.

Photos of setups and events may be used on our website and social media unless you email us before the event and ask us not to.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in collection of the original balance plus fees.

Arizona law applies. Venue for disputes is Maricopa County, Arizona.

Events By Andi collects information needed to book, deliver, and support your order.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and event addresses, event date, order details, and payment information. Payments are processed by Squarespace and its payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our own.

We use this information to process orders, schedule pickup or delivery, communicate about your booking, issue invoices and refunds, and improve our services. We may also send booking updates and occasional event emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as Squarespace, payment processors, and delivery if needed.

Our website may use cookies and similar tools for checkout, site performance, and basic analytics.

You may email azeventsbyandi@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep for orders, taxes, and damage claims.

This site is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The version posted at checkout is the current version.
